I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the hourglass! It came right on time, just like you had promised, and the woodworking on piece looked amazing! The instructions to assemble the wedding kit were very clear and easy to understand, and everyone who was at our ceremony said the pouring of the sand as a symbol of unity was a really cool idea, especially when combined with the custom hourglass. Thank you so much for helping us during the ordering process and keeping us informed as to the shipping and delivery of the hourglass. In retrospect, I probably should not have waited until literally two weeks before our wedding to order the piece, but you guys did everything you could to get me the hourglass before the big day. You really helped make an important part of our wedding a very special moment!!
