Solid Bubinga Hourglass

This custom bubinga hourglass is handcrafted from solid bubinga wood grown in Africa. Considered one of the Rosewoods it is a uniquely reddish brown color with evenly spaced stripes, uniform in graining and color, and finely textured. A beautiful, dense hardwood with a lustrous appearance, this wood can best be described as a cross between cherry and mahogany. Combined with glass bulbs hand-blown in England, this is a truly gorgeous piece.

As with all wood each piece will vary slightly in graining and color making each hourglass unique. Hourglasses are handmade so sizes are approximate.

IMPORTANT: Signature Collection hourglasses are sent insured. If you are not there to sign for it the package will be taken to your local post office for pickup and you will have a week to do so. Unclaimed packages are sent back to us which will result in extra shipping charges.

Due to the much higher cost of shipping outside the United States, shipping costs will be charged to our international customers.As with all international orders there will be customs fees upon delivery. If you refuse to pay the customs fees upon delivery the hourglass will get shipped back to us and you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees.
