5 Minute Glass Timer with Gold Sand

I purchased three timers - 2 five minute timers and one 50 minute timer. The 50 minute timer comes in at 44 mins and 31 seconds...and both the five minute timers come in at about 5 minutes and 45 seconds. I wanted to use the 5o minute timer for therapy sessions but it's too short to meet that need. Aesthetically, they are all really nice to look at. Customer service did offer to replace my 50 minute but I had already thrown out the packing material and it seemed like a big hassle to pack up such a fragile object and send it back. If you want these for timing my advice would be to measure the time when you unpack and hold onto the packing materials before you make a final decision. After I chose not to send back the return they offered me a $20 dollar discount on a replacement which would have put me at about $180.
