Quality of the pendant and chain is top-tier. No difficulty filling the pendant (I suggest using a needle if the middle part gets stuck while filling). Love that the cap is deep so there are no worries about accidental openings/spilling (personally, I deal with this problem with piercings and losing the balls). Sometimes I get nervous wearing chains because my hair gets caught in it but with this chain I have no issues with wearing it. Long story, Short...Awesome product.
This is a beautiful piece and looks just like pictures. It is a little confusing on how to put it together but I am sure we will figure it out! I’m just glad it go here without glass breaking. Truly would recommend especially bc we can use it and keep it well after the wedding!

I've been obsessed with hourglasses all my life. My parents once got me a cheap hourglass for Christmas and my love for them started then.
This hourglass I decided to give it to myself for my 35th birthday, as a reminder that I'm now about halfway down my lifespan and to remember that every single grain of sand trickling down in time is precious.
It's much bigger than I thought but not too big either. It's the perfect size. The golden sand gives it a mysterious feeling, like some phantom hourglass of old. The time is almost precisely one hour. My hourglass completes one cycle in about one hour and one minute.
Timekeeping devices are known to be elegant artifacts but I have to admit that traditional hourglasses such as mine are a notch above them all. Their stunning craftsmanship lends irrevocable credence to the brilliant creativity of those who once lived in our distant past

I have set up my hourglass for display on top of my black velvet coffee table. With the golden sand, it matches well with the aesthetics of the black colour. I like how it gives that elegant mystique I want in my house.
I also want to enthuse about the sheer quality of the customer service I was given to. The website's owner is a person named Shannon. She helped me a lot with the shipping system. I wanted to use a postal service that didn't charge for custom clearances and Shannon suggested me one that is free of charge. This greatly helped me not get surprised with an unwelcomed custom clearance bill from the mail.

Craftsmanship is beautiful and engraving was impeccable.
I wasn’t sure on the sizing - it is a perfect medium sized hourglass.
Everything was packaged securely and arrive sooner than expected. It came with instructions on how to fill the hourglass. I gave my dogs ashes inside it and it’s a really beautiful piece. Really sad but also really happy with the purchase
The glass component was installed slightly crooked but I was able to easily unscrew the top and straighten it out myself. Also, the glass is slightly deformed in shape (droopy on one side). But those are the only flaws — overall it's a BEAUTIFUL addition to my desk, the metallic finish is perfect, and the time is accurate. I've been using it daily for over 2 months. Thank you!
This hourglass is exactly what I wanted! It is just the right size, stands on its own, nothing detailed or fancy. It is accurate to within 10 seconds of the listed 15 minute time. I use it for tarot readings. It looks great on the table and is better than watching my phone for the time.
