I’m giving this hourglass to my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary. Costumer service helped me with engraving and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience! The hourglass quickly arrived in a secure and safe package. Now, I have to patiently wait for July!

It’s nice. Wobbles a little in base but won’t tip over. Sometimes it jams up and time stops. It is 1 minute and a few seconds early. All in all it is a keeper.

The hourglass arrived 3 days after I ordered it, packed very securely in a box that can easily be kept to store and transport the piece in the future. Because time was short, my niece did the personalization for the recipient, who will be ordained as a priest this weekend. We are sure he will treasure this special gift.

Initially my girlfriend told me she received black colored sand and from the photo sent it does appear to be black. She later corrected herself and confirmed it’s really navy blue which is what I ordered. I’m correcting my initial 4 star rating and re-rating 5 star ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️. Error on her part, the order was correct. Don’t see a way to edit/delete 1st review so writing 2nd review to make correction. -THnx

The only comment is the navy blue looks black. It did look lighter in the pictute My would have picked another color. Otherwise very nice product!!

Upon serval attempts to resolve this issue nothing worked. The sand just kept getting stuck in the transfer portal.

I have to wait until Santa delivers it to her.

Received in perfect condition. The package was actually pretty beat up from shipping, but the way they packed it kept in tact. It's a few minutes off from 60, don't know how normal that is for a hand made timer though. Really happy with it and glad I can support hand crafted work instead of some mass-produced item off of amazon.

The base in the picture is a bit confusing. It's not as thick as the picture shows, but relatively thin.
