I needed 1 hour glass 3 inches tall and I received 2 hour glasses 2 inches tall!
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. However, per the description on the product page this hourglass is 2.25' in length not three. If we sent you two of them that's our mistake so you can keep or dispose of it as you see fit :-).
