Initial shipment was lost on the mail. When I contacted the seller they immediately shipped a new one which arrived promptly. The hour glass is fantastic. Very heavy and beautiful. Worth every Penney and great customer service.

I am enjoying using the
3-minute glass for steeping tea. The sand flows silently from bulb to bulb and does not disturb my morning quietude with demanding beeping to announce completion of the 3 minute interval: blessed silence in a setting of continually squawking devices! The glass is held in a finely crafted bronze-tinted brass cylinder with elongate windows to view the streaming sand. This lovely tool presents an elegant visual experience as well as giving the user a few moments to breathe quietly and contemplate the moving sands of time.
