Quality piece but too big for what I need. I need a smaller 30 minute glass timer to fit within a brass holder

Overall these were an excellent graduation gift to our students. We did have an issue where one of the hour glasses the glass had cracked in shipping so something to keep in mind. Plan to order them ahead of time to assure there there are no issues. We ordered a similar product last year and some of the marble bases had cracked in shipping but it seems this problem was sorted out as this year it was not an issue.

Purchased this hour glass for my manager for Boss's Day. She absolutely loved it and stated the sleekness and personalized wording on the stand were perfect. They did an engraving rush for $10 and it was worth it to get it to her in time. Thanks for the great service and beautiful hour glass.

I purchased a similar gift last year from another company however it was out of stock and I was searching & searching and was so happy to find this online. It was reasonably priced & shipped quickly so I sent it to me instead of the person I bought it for. Im glad I did. When i opened the box the glass was covered in dust and had a ring scratched around the middle. I was able to clean it of course but the scratch wouldnt go away.

It took over 1 month for the product to arrive. Was happy with the product but not the length of time it took

I purchased an hour glasses for an office gift and I decided to purchase another for myself.

I had not heard back on my order but this was due to my error. Once I got in communication, I made another error when purchasing the color sand. This was quickly corrected by the Customer service rep and I was provided multiple options to correct my own error. I received my purchases on time. Great product and even better customer service.

I used this hourglass for a wedding gift. It was very appropriately packaged and looked great.

It was mailed quickly and arrived intact.

I bought two. they were very pretty but both had a tendency to stick: had to shake them to get the sand moving again. and after a few days one fell on its side and broke - the glass must be very thin.
