We ordered this hourglass for our daughter’s sand ceremony at her wedding. Everything went smoothly and beautifully! The end results after all was said and done were exceptional! She and her husband are pleased as well as her dad and me.

Shipped fast, looks gorgeous! Wish we'd found you sooner before the wedding date. Other one we went with got a hairline crack a couple weeks before the big day that just kept growing. Spent a lot trying to McGuyver a new hourglass by drilling it but it was just a mess every time. If we'd know about your site earlier (think it was made after we looked initually) it would have saved us big time.

Beautiful finished product! Personalized laser engraving looks very nice (be aware though it's $46 PER SIDE if you are getting both sides done).
Although I had to incur a few extra costs (i.e. only comes standard for 5 min or 15 min.. because I wanted 10 minutes-rep 10 years- I had to pay another $25 calibration fee).
So even with a discount($108 standard):
+$46x2 (laser engrave for both sides)
+$25 calibration fee for 10 minutes
still came out to well over $200.
But a nice anniversary keepsake= 'priceless'! Planning on getting 2 more over the years to have 3 total to hand down to each of my children (maybe a 15 and 20 minute:)

We used the 6x10 hourglass for the sand joining during our wedding. It was a beautiful addition to the whole ceremony. Very glad we found this site and glad they were able to deliver a beautiful piece. It is something my wife and I will keep forever to remind us of our wonderful day.

Excellent customer service. I placed the order online and emailed them stating I wanted to receive the hourglass as a kit and I wanted some suggestions for places to purchase colored sand from. No issues with the kit. One of the recommendations for sand was www.sandsationalsparkle.com They do have beautiful sand but a bit of warning: some of the sparkles are too large to fit through the hourglass so the sand stops flowing. Solution: We filled a cup with some sand and used a women's stocking stretched over the top of the cup flipped the cup over and shook it to sift out the larger sparkles. After that we were able to use the sand we purchased.

Quick and efficient service

So pretty not sure what I expected but we had it come so we could put it together with our own sand from our wedding. Our sand runs pretty fast so it's only about a 15 minute timer rather than 45 or 60 but the point is the memory rather than the ability to keep time. We love it! Also it came with great instructions and personal information about the crafter which we thought was a great touch! I am very satisfied!

The reason we even needed an hourglass was because we had ordered one for our wedding and it never came. For our anniversary 4 years later I still hadn't been able to resolve that issue and I wanted to surprise my hubby by finally finishing that task. I added 3 small brown felt buttons to each end so that this awesome looking wood would stay beautiful. Super high quality. Tight great looking wood. It even times 15 minutes to within seconds which is much more than I needed or expected.
