This is absolutely beautiful. I contacted customer care several times to ask questions concerning the details of my order, my messages were always replied to in a very quick, friendly and helpful manner. The hourglass arrived when stated and was well packaged. I knew I would love it but didn’t realize just how much I would love it until I opened the box and held it for the first time. A true treasure to help honor a loving memory. Thank you!
