When I received my hour glass it was broken in half I sent pictures of it broken and the sweet lady said ok that’s all I need and about 13-15 days later I had a new one !! Very friendly and very nice people.

Love this sand timer. Bought as a DM tool for DND for puzzles and timed challenges. Very solid and sturdy weight to it while maintining good protection for glass elements. Love the red sand too (personally would have gone darker in colour on the red but not a downside just a note). Duel dragon head design and celtic detailing is crazy beautiful. Times at approx. 5 min 28 seconds over 3 trials - happy to have it just a bit over than under. Rubber casing that holds the glass should be grey/black rather than white but not significantly noticable. Shipping was fast and with tracking. 10/10 satisfied, definitely recommend seller and product.
I’m excited to give this hour glass as a “job well done” gift to a music teacher whose directing the wizard of oz musical at the highschool she teaches at.
