I ordered Five of these as gifts and one arrived broken. Sent an email on a Saturday not expecting a response until after the weekend. To my surprise Shannon responded that day and followed up again on Sunday. A replacement is already on its way. The hourglasses are beautiful and the customer service is even better.

Looks fantastic!

Had this personalized for a dear friends retirement. Ordering was super easy and the staff were quick to answer questions. The only thing I wish was different was the engraved plaque was placed where it could be read when the hour glass was turned forward even if it required the square plaque to be turned and not lined up with the square base. So to read the engraved plaque you have to turn the hourglass sideways.
