Solid Walnut Hourglass 30 or 60 Min

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to provide a review of my December purchase. I have a two part comment:

1. First, let me say I am most pleased with your product, which is the Solid Walnut 30 or 60 Minute Hourglass With Metal Spindles. I am most pleased with the workmanship, and I also very much like the walnut that was selected for this item. The included note about the Nebraska gentleman who makes the hourglass was a nice touch, and I hope you will pass on to him my appreciation for his good work. The piece itself gets a five star rating.

I do have a bit of a concern about your ordering process, which is why I gave an overall rating of four stars. I admit that part of the problem is myself, and my failure to more closely review your website. The issue is that I preferred the 60 minute version of the hourglass, and received the 30 minute one. The error, which again is partly my fault, lies with the box titled "Duration". As displayed only the 30 minute option is visible, and I missed the down arrow that would have displayed the 60 minute version. My recommendation is that the next your IT person updates your ordering process, both the 30 minute AND the 60 minute options be displayed simultaneously. The customer would then see that one option of the other needs to be checked.

Hi. We have been trying to contact you regarding this order. UPS won’t allow us to pay the fees to have the order delivered. We need you to mitigate. Please release? The shipment so that we can pay the fees so that they can deliver. If all else fails, I guess we’ll have to ask for a refund. We have not yet received this delivery.

I purchased the 30 minute sand timer as a gift for my team lead who was promoted to another position. The timer was a thank you gift to her from our entire team. When I placed the order, Shannon was so patient and worked diligently with me in selecting the best way to have a message and a quotation engraved on the top and bottom of the timer. When the gift arrived, my team lead sent us a message which said she "loved it" and that the pictures she sent us "did not do it justice". The timer was actually delivered a day ahead of schedule, which was great!

I bought this for my boyfriend and had the first 2 verses of “time in a bottle” inscribed on it. I’d take a picture but I already wrapped it lol I cant wait to see his reaction but I will have to wait until Christmas lol

Just an absolutely amazing piece of craftsmanship. Very delicately packaged with a very nice note from the company, and the person who worked on the piece. Would 100% recommend getting for a gift or for yourself.

Purchased this item as a Christmas gift for myself. Package arrived via USPS and was packed professionally with lots of bubble wrap! It’s ‘as advertised’ and now resides on a sofa table in the living room. I’ve always been a fan of hourglasses, this one adds just the right touch to the room.

Very nice simple design. Sturdy without any wobble or anything like that. There was a bit of gap between the wood and the contact point with the metal holding the actual glass in place which is the reason this wasn't 5*. Either way, happy with my purchase and the person I gave it to was happy as well.

Timeless! This piece is a real beauty!

Looks great and is very accurate .. but the glass is loose in between the two ends.. wish it were more secure.. maybe need some glue but i don't want to chance making a mess.
