I'm pleased

Ordering was easy and fast. Shannon was very knowledgeable. She responded quickly and gave frequent updates. I was pleased with my order, but I wish that I had added two etched plates instead of one so that when the hourglass is flipped you can see the plate. The person that received it absolutely loves it. I will definitely order again.
