I purchased this piece sometime in December 2025, and at first I was a bit worried that maybe it wouldn't look as great as it does in the photos, but honestly I think it looks even better in person. It has some nice weight to it as well. Even the little decorative screw caps have some weight, which is nice. It doesn't feel cheap and it looks fantastic.

I have been ordering they very quality products and have 4 now and just ordered a bobbin timer. The only thing I have had problems with is communication from your customer support today 1/15/26. Just want to return a duplicate order and took a while for RA and response and still waiting for additional responses. This is the first time. I had great communication my last order. Will not continue to order id customer service is not communicating.

I bought my 30-minute hourglass as a way to use the Pomodoro Technique — but with a more stylish timekeeper than the timer on my iPhone clock or some other mechanical or electronic device.

I know the Pomodoro Technique is usually based on a 25-minute time segment, but I’m perfectly happy using the 30-minute timer for that.

Well, it was difficult to find this item in the UK so went further afield. Justhourglasses were excellent at responding to my messaging to ensure the item (x2) and engraving was just right. There was import tax to pay but unavoidable and worth it. I was thrilled with the hourglasses. The quality and design are just what I wanted. Clear instructions on how to put the cremains in and ensure they are flowing steadily before sealing. I am so pleased with this beautiful and tasteful desk reminder of mum and dad (who’re together again in my hourglass).

Ordered a 30 minute hourglass as it will most likely be on my son's desk at work and 30 minutes is a good amount of time to allot to a task. Was a surprise and he was was delighted. Looks great and actually times out to 30 minutes. Black sand is best look

The cocoa sand is so pretty. I gave this as a gift and it will be really pretty in her kitchen.

Beautiful hourglass with the gold sand and a black base. It works as a gentle reminder to those in a meeting that an hour has passed.

It’s beautiful, sturdy and ours was around 61 minutes, which is amazing for a sand clock! Communication with the seller was great as well when I had a follow up question to my order.

I purchased this item and it came with a broken globe. I contacted by email Just Hourglasses and they sent a replacement immediately. The item was just as it appeared in picture and the service was quick and efficient.
